Who we are
CEO & Founder
Jochen Deecke began his professional career as a physician. Alongside his studies, he financed himself by teaching tennis – and started investing early, while other students kept their money in savings accounts. What initially began as a practical necessity developed into a passion: a lasting interest in systematic, rule-based investing.
After completing his medical training, Deecke fully transitioned into the financial world and, over more than three decades, built an internationally active investment and holding group. Today, he lives and works in Dubai and leads DEECKE HOLDING LLC as founder and CEO. As the driving force behind the investment products Stability Frame, Forex Frame and Multi Asset Frame, he combines entrepreneurial thinking with disciplined capital strategy – shaped by role models such as Ray Dalio, David Swensen, and Warren Buffett.

Our locations
Dubai is the strategic core of DEECKE HOLDING LLC. The city connects three continents – Europe, Asia, and Africa – and offers first-class infrastructure, tax advantages, and a growing international network. From here, our investment strategies are developed, and we exclusively serve clients across Europe. The office is located in Business Bay, one of Dubai’s most modern financial districts.
The office in Mannheim is the bridge to our German-speaking clients and serves as the group’s European anchor. From here, advisory services are provided to private investors, medical professionals, and entrepreneurs in the DACH region.
